Creating Solutions For Oil and Gas Water Filtration
Gasteq has extensive experience in developing, implementing and servicing sludge, wastewater and water treatment plants for the oil and gas industry. We offer a variety of technologies for produced water treatment as well as the expertise to determine the best solution for each application. Produced water needs to be treated because it contains substances such as suspended and dissolved solids, gasses and metals among others. These need to be removed so that the produced water can be re-used or disposed of. Water is an essential part of oil and gas upstream field production. We provide technologies and processes for conventional as well as specialized treatment systems for a variety of methods of extraction. Our technologies remove ultrafines from synthetic and OBM without chemicals or heat and can be manufactured for onshore or offshore use.

EOX Filtration System
The EOX is a self-cleaning, low maintenance system with an intuitive and easy to use Human Machine Interface (HMI) resulting in a one-person, turnkey system. Mobile, modular or fixed plant, the EOX achieves broad-spectrum contaminant removal. Further, the EOX is scalable to any flow rate required and can be optimized or monitored from anywhere in the world using our mobile app.
How It Works:
The EOX system works on the principle of electrokinetics. Via proprietary electrodes, the EOX applies a high current electrical field to the wastewater. The electrical field destabilizes the molecular bonds between the contaminants and the water. Through the destabilization process, the waste separates from the water and is removed. The produced water is then treated as an engineered blend for reuse.
